Dr. Elmer B. de Leon was present to represent the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE) in the Mass Oath Taking of almost 4,800 October 2022 LET passers in Region 3 (scheduled in three batches of oath taking rites in one day 9:00/1:00/4:00) on February 11, 2023 at the Bren Z. Giao Sports Complex, San Fernando, Pampanga with highly esteemed members of the PRC Board for Professional Teachers, PRC Region 3 and PAFTE Region 3. Dr. De Leon articulated in his message the significance of the teaching profession as it teaches all other professions and the importance of engaging in continuing professional development activities for their growth and advancement. “With your active and intelligent participation in various organizations, you will definitely learn and contribute more, thus, welcome to the teaching profession and PAFTE family”, he ended. Guests of honors included in the oath taking rites were dignitaries from the Professional Regulation Commission, the Board for Professional Teachers and PAFTE-Region 3. Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, BPT chair, Dr. Paz I. Lucido, vice chair, Dr. Paraluman Giron, member; Mr. Paul H. Aban, PRC-Regional Director; and Dr. Alma Natividad, PAFTE Region 3 chair. Indeed, it was a huge success. Congratulations, new LPTs, PRC, BPT and PAFTE. Congratulations to the new LPTs and the 6 topnotchers in the region. Welcome to the noble teaching profession and to PAFTE family.
