In order to set a smooth institutional and academic operations, Limay Polytechnic College needed to strategize the distribution, utilization and procurement process by making contingencies and creating cost cutting measures, while sustaining the activities effectively as planned for the whole year. Prioritization of expenditures based emergent need and review of the annual plan for the needed budget allocation was established, and regular assessment of activities, inventory system of tangible supplies and recalibration of equipment and devices were recommended for continuous quality improvement in order to maximize available resources in the most efficient manner. All unit heads were present to justify their needed budget based on their plans and previous accomplishments anchored on institutional strategic plans and future directions. The budget meeting was held, February 16, 2023.
