Limay Polytechnic College-Teacher Education Department (LPC-TED) staged the 1st Bataan Student-Teachers' Congress on March 08, 2023 at the Limay Multipurpose Hall, with the theme: Bataan Preservice Teachers: Toward Future-Proofed Ready Licensed Professional Teachers. Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, LPC President and PAFTE Vice-President for Luzon, respectively, walked the preservice teachers through "The Anatomy of LET in Three Folds"; while Dr. Dulce Marie Solis, College of Education Dean at Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation, Pangasinan, unraveled "The Conquest: Strategizing Physical and Emotional Preparedness for LET". This seminar intended to orient the participants on battling with LET under the new TOS as a way of raising the banner of teacher education in Bataan.
