Limay Polytechnic College joined took part in the surprised birthday tribute of the local government of Limay for Hon. Mayor Nelson C. David arranged at the Limay Municipal Quadrangle. Selected LPC students rendered intermission dance number, while the admin and staff sang birthday greetings for the celebrant. The event ended with Mayor NCD's acknowledgment message as he acknowledged God Almighty, his family and the Municipal employees for another fruitful and productive year in his life as local chief executive of Limay.
