Dr. Elmer B. de Leon, president, joined the ceremonial signing of commitment for partnership with the Department of Information and Communication (DICT) during the DICT Region III Multi Stakeholders Engagement Summit 2022 on November 22, 2022 at Fontana Convention Center, Clark, Pampanga. To note, LPC has been actively and strongly tying up with DICT in most of its institutional and community-based programs and projects as the latter’s initiative in strengthening partnership for professional and institutional engagement.
