LPC joined the coveted 2-day Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Workshop at the Limay Multipurpose Hall on November 25 and 28, 2022 organized by the Limay Human Resource Management Office. Ms. April Cruz (for academic personnel) and Ms. Krisgie Punongbayan (for support personnel) represented LPC. The aim of the said was to orient employees of the Municipality of Limay on the SPMS in preparation for its implementation in the upcoming school year. Using the said performance metrics, it is expected that better quality delivery of services at LPC can be ensured by the clientele and the community at large using the continuous quality improvement approach.
