A significant day filled with wisdom and critical thinking among the Management Team during the Annual Administrative Seminar 2022 with the review and recrafting of operational plan, academic envisioning, environmental scanning, SWOT and PESTLE Analysis, basic data analytics and presentation of outputs held on September 08, 2022 at the Audio-Visual Room. This activity aimed to review and evaluate the institutional prospects, plans and strategic directions, present the accomplishments, bridge in the gaps upon analysis, and develop criteria and measure of standards for institutional outcomes. Institutional accomplishments, achievements and setting of strategic direction of LPC (intentionalities vs. actualities) were also presented. Heads up and move onwards LPC with the powerful management team. It ended with commitment vouched by everyone in the team. The success of this activity is accorded to Ms. Rodalie Dineros, this year's chair.
