Newly hired faculty members had their courtesy call with the President for the briefing and orientation before they officially headed up to their respective tasks and functions. Academic policies were laid down and reiterated to them, while their responsibilities and hiring statuses were also presented for transparency purposes, including the expectations and anticipations. Meanwhile, relevant issues and concerns were also responded and addressed with utmost tact and diligence.
