PNP partners LPC for I.S.K.U.L Pulis; transacts MOU

Date Posted: Jan. 16, 2025

The Philippine National Police (PNP) - Limay initiated partnership with Limay Polytechnic College for their I.S.K.U.L. P.ulis (Sa Kabataan Uunlad ang Lupang Pinagmulan), a program that aims to ensure youth's general welfare and protect them from indulging into prohibited activities and juvenile delinquencies, such as vices and illegal drug involvement through engaging activities, trainings, workshops, class teaching integration and spiritual reflections. A memorandum of understanding was transacted for this purpose on January 16, 2025 at the LPC audiovisual room. Present were (from PNP) PMAJ Francis M. Jimenez, OIC with PSSg. Lotes F. Bascara; and (from LPC) Pres. Dr. Elmer B. De Leon and Ms. Jesica A. Marata, OSADS. The ceremony was facilitated by Mr. Mark Anthony B. Banda, administrative asst. and QUALITI officer, in coordination with the PNP Limay Unit. It was also witnessed by some administrators, faculty and select students. As such, this would signal the start of involving LPC in this signifant endeavor that is being known in the region and the country pioneered and modeled in Limay as seen in the TV news segment. And coincidentally, it parallels with a similar program manned by a committee at LPC in realization of SDG 16. Congratulations!
