Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) President Dr. Elmer B. De Leon received a PAFTE award in grateful recognition of his remarkable achievement as president of a growing, resounding and shining local higher education institution at Saint Louis University, Baguio City during PAFTE's 54th National and 15th International Convention that capsulized Teacher Education for Sustainable Development, October 10.
Accordingly, his dedication, leadership and commitment to excellence bring honor, pride and inspiration to his institution, the PAFTE organization and the teaching profession.
The LPC Community, Limay Municipality and PAFTE Family are indeed proud of Dr. De Leon's deserving accolade, not just for rendering worthy excellent services and great academic contributions, but also for creating greater impact to the community and the professional field that has become his advocacy, legacy and service ministry.
Other than the plaque, he also received an appreciation token from the PAFTE Regional Chapter who nominated and endorsed him, and both digital and print copies of book of honorees (Trailblazers) that contains biographic professional profiles of awardees and messages from teacher education dignitaries and PAFTE advisers prepared and published by the PAFTE National organization. #
