Limay Polytechnic College President Dr. Elmer De Leon belonged to a pool of dignified and credible accreditors who visited the biggest and most populated Catholic University at the heart of Manila.

Dr. De Leon was assigned to evaluate and accredit graduate education and communication programs, respectively in said university.

Elated Dr. De Leon acknowledged the university's warmth accommodation upon the team's arrival.

It was indeed a great experience and an opportunity to share and learn best practices and strategies in sustaining quality standards as evidenced by the latter's undoubtable achievements and world ranking stints. #
