LPC ensures budget alignment for 2025 for Unifast fund audit

The college president and the finance and Unifast officer called the respective department and unit heads/officers by batch to work on budget alignment across academic operations for 2025.
The first batch to deliver their proposed needed budget were the OSADS that entailed the biggest portion of the said budget for student development, publication, representation, support aid, athletics, cutural and NSTP programs, projects and services; and the director of Research, Development and Extension for research and extension projects and trainings, activities, engagement, incentivization and publication, including representation and notarial services. The next integration meeting was scheduled accordingly week with the next batch to present their budget for their planned activities.
This endeavor carries its purpose of preparing and aligning the approved budget and available funds in a cost efficient manner for sustainable operation without compromising the quality and legal mandates based on the need to propose, maintain, continue and upgrade existing institutional programs, projects and activities. This denotes continuous quality improvement (CQI) and return of investment (ROI) for the college.
