Date Posted: Jan. 13, 2025
Limay Polytechnic College held the first flag raising ceremony on January 13, 2025. As a tradition, Pres. Dr. Elmer De Leon delivered his new year message for the employees and students as LPC begins another year of anticipated milestones. In a nutshell, the president commended the school's achievements in the last quarter of 2024, such as the board examinations for teachers and public accountants by achieving a 2-peat triumph of 100% (for elementary teachers and CPA) in a row, while 87.50% for secondary. He also mentioned the 15 business interns who were immediately absorbed by their assigned companies, while some Education students are lined up for local school board hirees in time that they graduate. He also updated everyone on the development of its new campus. More so, Dr. De Leon cited the plans and future directions, changes and innovations that will happen in LPC to be greatly felt in 2025, including the internationalization stint and more inter-university competitions and representations. Thus, he expects for more commitment, collaboration, cooperation and cultural values among everyone. Students shall imbue futures and design thinking perspectives toward becoming future ready graduates. "Together, let us strive and thrive for excellence as we empower ourselves in making global impact for sustainable development this 2025 and beyond," challenged the president for the opening of new fiscal year for LPC and the municipality.
