De Leon commends LAMPARA for winning Press Awards in a straight '2 in a row'

Pres. Dr. Elmer B. De Leon congratulated LAMPARA, the Official College Publication of Limay Polytechnic College, thru its staff and moderator Ms. Queences Ricel De Guzman for once again bringing home awards in journalism during the 5th Assumption Outstanding Press Awards held at the University of the Assumption, San Fernando, Pampanga, January 27, 2025.
The said Publication hitched main awards. To wit: 1st Place in Feature Writing (Daniella Mhay Mateo), 1st Place in Investigative Journalism (Eivryll Manubay), 3rd Place in Photournalism (John Rudolph Barbin), 7th Place in Editorial Cartooning (Erika Anoche), and 10th Place Literary Writing (Jabes Mag-abo), respectively.
To note, this has been second time in a row that LAMPARA was able to sweep a number of main press awards in the same award giving body.
