On the other hand, Ms. Sheryl Bartolo was invited in the said meeting to take their requisitions for prioritization in the institutional budget toward the desired publication upgrading, innovation and development. Although, the president reminded them to also focus on the expected return of investment (ROI) from a cost-efficient financial management through cost-benefit analysis mechanism and audit of accomplishment at the end thereby, to justify the financial allocation and gainful utilization.
Meanwhile, Ms. Jesica Marata, OSADS expressed her full support to the publication by committing to initiate the processing of legal steps required in every off-campus activity to be undertaken in compliance to CHED requirements.
At the end, everyone vouched for full support and commitment to the upgrading, innovation and leveraging of the school publication, making it to outstand in the region, while sustaining its standards and consistent achievements and ranking placement in the regional level. Part of which is the review and revision of the publication vision-mission-goal (VMG) statements.
To note, powerhouse team of publication advisers include Ms. Queences Ricel De Guzman (Managing and supervising adviser); Mr. Nelson Sy (Content & Editing adviser); and Mr. John Rudolph Barbin (Visual & Layout adviser), respectively.
As such, it is expected to have a more powerful LAMPARA with more smart, productive and vigilant campus student scribes to be witnessed and experienced by the LPC Community now and beyond as everyone re-echoes "Hold on and uphold the power of pen." #
