LPC settles prelim acad assessment at 2nd faculty meet

Date Posted: Jan. 28, 2025

In order to maximize the municipal-wide brownout, the full time faculty members were called by the College President for the scheduled 2nd meeting on January 28, 2025 at the Student Center to assess the first week of classes for the second semester. Identified problems and concerns were immediately addressed, while suggestions were taken for continuous quality improvement based on experience and observation.

More so, dissemination of information, sharing of updates, reiterating academic policies, engaging teaching strategies, systems and compliances were beset. Faculty members were reminded on updating their portfolios for agency inspection and documentation purposes. They were also encouraged to prioritize their health by having regular check-up, health assessment and upkeeping of health records in the clinic for monitoring purposes, while he announced that the employees' free and upgraded health insurance was already processed and is currently available.
As such, the plan for midyear faculty development training and CPD-based programs were set.

Dr. De Leon also commended the achievements gained by the institution in the first few weeks of the year.

At the end, it would always emerge the reality that in every organizational entity, communication is the best strategy.
