Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) explores an in-house financial management system to efficiently monitor budget utilization, both generated from general and trust fund sources.

The system can easily monitor budget disbursement, expenditures, balances and may also identify red flags, and 0 balances in different line items.

Hence, a system orientation and demonstration meeting was called among the Finance Team led by Ms. Cheyser Charrese Gatchula, ITE head and the creator of the system.

At the end, the team appreciated and commended the system that would bring ease and convenience in the process of financial liquidity transaction and audit that may refrain the institution from usual financial liabilities and consequences.

Likewise, it would reduce costing and waste on resources brought by frequent reprinting of financial data for review, analysis and updating purposes.

This is also a best way of ensuring a sustainable school operation toward efficient execution of plans, realization of vision and goals and accomplishment of mission through institutional digitization system.

Truly, it depicts an efficient mechanism of budget management and control, while conserving the resources through paperless system and effortless mechanism far way beyond.#
