𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | TED participates ADCER3 Confab; TEC introduces Reframed Curriculum

Limay Polytechnic College, thru Ms. April Cruz, head of Teacher Education Department; and Ms. Jana Marie Mangune, coordinator, attended the Teacher Education Conference conducted by the Association of Deans of Colleges of Education in Region 3 (ADCER3) at Tarlac State University, September 24.
The said conference focused on Reframed Teacher Education Curriculum discussed by Dr. Runvi Manguerra, Teacher Education Council (TEC) Executive Director ll.
To note, the said reframed TE curriculum is set to be implemented by 2026 and is currently rolling out its orientation and consultation in different regions among various teacher education sectors, such as PHEIs, SUCs and LUCs.
LPC is an active member of ADCER3 who regularly attends and strongly supports its programs and activities toward gaining updates and developments in teacher education.
As such, "this initiative marks a great step toward improving and upgrading mechanisms to assist preservice teachers by making them ready in meeting the evolving needs of learners and the schools in time of their actual practice in the field," expressed Ms. Mangune. #
