Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) congratulates Dwight Dane Billano, a Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Filipino student, for bequeathing the title of Second Runner-up in the recently concluded Mister Limay Tourism 2025 male pageant, held at Limay Sports Complex, September 30.
Billano was recognized for his confidence, stage presence, and advocacy during the competition.
