Students from Limay Polytechnic College (LPC), accompanied by Mr. John Rudolph Barbin, one of the advisers of LAMPARA, participated in the journalism workshop session at the Tourism Pavillon, Balanga City, with Hon. Board Member Harold Espeleta, chairperson of the Committee on Education and Culture, September 16.
This has been part of the English Competency Week promulgated by the Provincial Board of Bataan which has been partnered with LPC and the Provincial Government of Bataan. #
