From a struggling working student surviving on fifty pesos a day to a globally recognized academic leader in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Emmanuel Perello Natividad embodies the true meaning of Dangal ng Bayan ng Limay. As an LPC student, Emmanuel faced severe financial hardship. Often attending classes hungry and owning only two sets of uniforms throughout college.
Despite this, he remained active in campus life as editor of Lampara, English Club officer, playwright and stage act director, and campus Bible ministry leader.
He graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, major in English, earning top distinctions, including Journalist of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Best Student-Teacher awards .

Immediately after graduation, Emmanuel began his teaching career in Bataan. He later earned his Master of Arts in Curriculum Design, Development, and Supervision in 2020 and completed the prestigious CELTA from Cambridge University in 2024, an internationally recognized qualification for English educators.

With 19 years in service, Emmanuel now serves as an Academic and Accreditation Supervisor in an American curriculum school in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He is the only Filipino educator appointed to teach in a government institution, earning recognition in 2026 from the Tayaran National Aviation Academy for excellence in language teaching and mentoring.
Since 2016, he has also been the only Filipino selected to serve in Cognia Accreditation Engagement External Review Teams in the Middle East and is a five-time Excellence Awardee for school transformation and development.

In 2021, he founded Smart Goals Bahay Kalinga Services that provides education, psychosocial support, financial literacy, and livelihood training to distressed Overseas Filipino Workers in government shelters across Saudi Arabia.
His humanitarian work earned him the Community Advocate Award, Gawad Parangal para sa mga Natatanging OFW, and the Asiaโs Chronicle Award for Excellence as an Exemplary Educator and Inspiring Humanitarian OFW Advocate.

Recognized as Outstanding Alumni Awardee in the Global/International Field by Limay Polytechnic College in 2022, Emmanuel remains deeply grateful to LPC and the Municipality of Limay for shaping his character, faith, and purpose.
