In adherence to Limay Polytechnic College's thrust of creating and sustaining an inclusive and safe learning space, it accommodated the Limay Rainbow Council's intent for partnership for their youth programs and activities.

The council president, Mr. Jeffrey Reyes and chairperson Mr. Jesu Carlo Quicho visited at LPC to present their proposed programs and activities involving LPC students for approval.

To date, they planned to set an initial program by way of a seminar SOGIESC, HIV and AIDS and Human Rights for students on October 25, 2025, at the Limay Sports Complex, in coordination with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development (MSWD) and Municipal Health Office (MHO).

Seeing the program's relevance to youth development and gender parity, the president approved the said proposal as sound appropriate and timely. This will be collaborated with the National Service Training Program and Gender and Society disciplines.

Hence, LPC unlocks its door to wider opportunities for inclusive growth and development of its students at par with its Gender and Development (GAD) mandate.

As such, a memorandum of understanding is about to be transacted for this purpose. #
