The first colored print copy of Student Handbook with comprehensive details of school policies and rules is coming out very soon as an item in the UniFAST subsidy grant by CHED to LPC.

Other than the institutional prospects, academic policies, disciplinary offenses and sanctions, co-curricular and student organization engagement opportunities and student services, full provisions of relevant legal mandates are also appended in this 100-page manuscript.

After series of consultations with stakeholders, and reviews and approval in a resolution by the Academic and Student Councils, the final version of the manuscript is now ongoing proofreading.

Final phasing of its legislation process will be with the Board of Trustees on its first session for the school year before its printing and reproduction in a bid printing press.

Obviously, the Student Handbook serves as a guidelight of students in their every decision and action within the portals of the institution. It also entails operational processes, rulings and mechanisms, including relevant institutional information that everyone must know and be aware of to avoid consequences.

It is also a manifestation of rights, duties and responsibilities, accountabilities and privileges of students toward their general welfare and total development. #
