The Management Team presented their accomplishment reports based on their plans in school year 2024-2025 during the Management Review Conference at the College Library, August 18-19.
All department heads and unit officers demonstrated wit and smartness in their impressive reporting in a highly academic manner supported by their data and documentary pictures as evidence which were attentively listened to by the rest administrators and thereby, analyzed, assessed and commented by Dr. Elmer De Leon, the college president with his provocative and challenging questions for inquiry.
For clarity, congruency, straight-forward and comprehensive presentation, everyone used LPC's Goal-Objective-Target-Accomplishment (GOTA) model along respective key result areas or items. The accomplishments, both quantitative based on targets and qualitative along interpretation rubrics were analyzed and described.
Hence, the two-day management intellectual exercise left a remarkable and meaningful inputs for operational pursuits from given outputs to be published in the Management Review Book 2025.
Dr. Elmer De Leon challenged the school leaders to review and analyze the identified gaps among few items that were not fully complied to make it up in the next plan. However, since most of the plan targets were exceedingly accomplished, these may be increased and leveled up in the next plan.
Accordingly, the accomplishment results would be strong foundation and inputs in charting the new direction of the institution as it crafts the next 5-year strategic institutional development plan and revises its vision-mission in 2026.
"We will never sleep over until we reach further aspiration for quality which becomes an addictive academic habit and common desires", reminded the president as he commended the reports which he described as impressive, reasonable, realizable and well-achieved that resulted to amazing institutional achievements in 2025.
