De Leon expresses victory, sadness during flag hoisting ceremony

Pres. Dr. Elmer De Leon announced two important informations during the flag hoisting ceremony on a first Monday of the month, May 05.
The president happily announced the winners in the recently concluded ALCUR3 Cultural and Sports Competitions 2025 held in Bulacan, something that has to be celebrated and waved for by the LPC Community. But on the other hand, he also expressed deep sadness on the passing of one of its students after battling with illness, and that he appealed to offer a few minutes of silence to pray for his soul. As such, he reminded everyone on the realization of life too short to live with on this earth nowadays.
"Thus, let us all take care of our selves and loved ones. And always choose to think and do what is right and good according to purpose and rules of law," he reiterated.
