Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) President Dr. Elmer B. De Leon joined the rest presidents of select 26 higher education institutions in Central Luzon, with five from local colleges in the Hiraya: ASEAN Conference 2025 held at Hotel Seoul, Clark City, Pampanga, September 04.
A spectacular program highlighting ASEAN presentations and the Unity theme song was prepared that tributed ASEAN unity spirit as carried out by the participating presidents representing their respective institutions. A conference session with open forum was also held. The ceremonial signing on unity wall and wine toasting highlighted the said event.
In order to meet the required participants which were limited to the presidents and the Internationalization directors, Dr. De Leon and Mr. Mark Anthony Banda, QUALITY Officer represented LPC in this assembly.
Notably, LPC was included due to its recent WURI stance, just like the rest participating institutions by invitation.
