Limay Polytechnic College strengthens its Twinning Program with Norzagaray College as it reaches fourth phase.

Notably, the former's mentorship and sharing of resources and audit in the areas of academic programs, research and extension, board examination, quality assurance, internationalization, governance, human resource and operational management, faculty continuing professional development and student success, respectively.

Recently, LPC Pres. Dr. Elmer de Leon personally witnessed and graced the success of the latter's EdukalEdad extension program during its completion ceremony which was a turnout of the Twinning Program initiated by the two partner institutions in a sustainable manner. Then, he proceeded to the conference room with Mr. Mark Anthony Banda, QUALITI officer, for the mentoring on and audit of NC's quality assurance mechanisms for quality operation and its internationalization effort in pursuit of world ranking metrics.

Hence, Dr. De Leon is being mentored by NC Pres. Dr. Liberty Pascual on human resource management and legal mandates.

NC Pres. Dr. Pascual thanked Dr. De Leon for his gesture of unselfish desire to make the two institutions grow together in many ways that they are both achieving and enjoying at the moment.

The two presidents are planning to conduct the joint CPD-based faculty continuing professional development and student leadership camp, including campus press conference soon.

Setting its hallmark of excellence with strong foundation at the footstool, both LPC and NC look forward to gaining joint outcomes on its half way Twinning Program implementation.

Truly, when institutions open their doors for joint opportunities, sharing of resources, counter audit and shared success, surely, there would be no one to be left behind or stand to be above the rest as everyone equally and together will rise (Convergence for joint excellence).#
