Date Posted: Dec. 05, 2025
As a way of inspiring and encouraging students to study harder and strive at their best in their final examinations, Limay Polytechnic College, thru the Extension Unit, prompted a feeding treat by serving hot coffee and bread to those staying, studying and distressing in the library.
This program aims to support students by feeding them in time of exams and study works to ensure that they are physicall well and healthy.
"A well-fed stomach leads to a healthy mind," expressed Dr. Elmer De Leon, the proponent of said program, in conceptualizing the idea.
This is randomly done to give equal opportunity to students to be provided with basic 'panawid gutom' need.
In turn, student-recipients felt good, happy, satisfied, and inspired to learn, while they appreciated the positive gesture of the institution by providing them equal attention and for always responding to their needs.
This project is a collaborative efforts of the Office of the College President, Extension Unit and Library and Information Center with the support of providers, donors and sponsors.
Truly, by this simple way of reaching out the students, LPC is helping them draw nearer to reaching and embracing their dreams through pursuing, striving and thriving instrinsically in their studies.#
