Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) capped 2025 with a series of academic, institutional and global milestones that strengthened its standing as one of Central Luzon’s fast-rising local colleges.

𝙅𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙮 | 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

LPC opened the year with academic pride as its official student publication, Lampara, won press awards for the third straight year. The month also marked the launch of Fineries Emporium’s Corporate Boutique Business Hub at the LPC Student Center, expanding student access to professional resources.

Through its partnership with Fineries Emporium, LPC advanced student welfare and employability with a rent-or-donate system for corporate attire, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive student development.

LPC showcased Pamahayanan 2.0 and student-led product innovations, highlighting sustainable enterprise, waste-to-product initiatives and support for adopted Aeta communities through rebranding and marketing assistance.

𝘼𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙡 | 𝙋𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙪𝙢 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨, 𝘾𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚

LPC athletes and performers made strong finishes in the ALCU-III Sports and Cultural Competition, securing medals in freestyle dance, dance sport and table tennis, underscoring the college’s growing presence in regional competitions.

The college celebrated its 28th founding anniversary through Alab-Pagbubunyi 2025, honoring stakeholders, partners and achievers. Academic-industry collaboration also took center stage during the 3rd Academe-Industry Forum and Business Day activities.

𝙅𝙪𝙣𝙚 | 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙖𝙢 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙪𝙢𝙥𝙝𝙨

LPC held its 26th Commencement Exercises with 332 graduates and celebrated strong licensure exam results, earning recognition as a Top 3 Performing Institution in the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers.

𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙮 | 𝙂𝙡𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧

LPC earned international notice after securing spots in the 2025 World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI). The institution also formally opened Academic Year 2025–2026 with its annual orientation and Dangal ng Bayan Walk.

𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 | 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙨, 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙨

The college recognized outstanding students during its 8th Student Honors Convocation, while LPC teams excelled in the PICPAtinikan Accounting Quiz Bowl. Lampara also swept seven awards at the Young Journalists Press Freedom Congress.

𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 | 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙

LPC President Dr. Elmer De Leon renewed his appointment to the PRC’s CPD Council, while the college reinforced community outreach through the renewal of its Edukalinga and Pamahayanan program.

𝙊𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧 | 𝘾𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚, 𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

The college honored faculty and staff during Teachers’ Day, welcomed Korean academic partners for cultural exchange, and joined PUP and MENRO in a tree-planting initiative promoting environmental stewardship.

LPC revived its alumni democratic process with the conduct of its Alumni Association Election, reenergizing alumni engagement and institutional linkage. The college also hosted its first Sparkle Gala Night celebrating global achievements and partnerships, while commemorating the first death anniversary of its founder, the late Mayor Nelson C. David.

LPC closed the year with recognition from DICT Region 3 for digital innovation and inclusion, strong LET results, and a championship win in the Regional Young Farmers Challenge–Intercollegiate Component.
