De Leon keynotes 2nd Norzagaray Provincial Research Conference; LPCian wins Best Presenter

Dr. Elmer De Leon delivered his keynote address on Bridging Knowledge and Action: Research for Global and Local Impact at the 2nd Norzagaray Provincial Research Conference hosted by Norzagaray College via zoom, June 04.
Dr. De Leon stressed on the significance of research being imperative in humanities, business economics, academe, health, media, governance and public service. He purported some misnomers about research engagements and he commented on the expression of a politician in putting less premium on research process in socio-economic development, especially in the agri-business industry. Dr. De Leon also smartly answered queries and questions from the participants concisely and with clarity.
To note, LPC joined the said conference and one of its entries won "Best Presenter" award.
